Prison Enderchest

I was at the enderchest in the mine (which I got to by using "/mine") and it says I can't use the enderchests, what can I do to solve the problem?

From what I know, you need a Thug rank or higher to access enderchests and the /pv command this season. Someone else can confirm this.
To solve the problem, you'd need to redeem a seasonal Thug rank voucher. You can earn these from vote/rare crates, or buy them off of players. I think they're selling for 20k tokens at the moment.
