Pls help in enchanted blocks

Guys how do you get enchanted coal block, iron block, gold block, emerald block, and diamond enchanted block

if you do ./minion , you will be able to buy each enchanted block for a certain amount of enchanted ores of the same type .You can get enchanted ores in the boss world , in the underground mines .
( Or you can find an NPC at spawn instead of the command )
