Please jartex fix this i got banned for doing nothing. PLEASE FIX THIS

So i got banned on jartex it says THE IP ADDRESS FOR Kotarouu has been detected by our anti bot filter. If you Believe this is a mistake please make an unban appeal at ww.jartexnetwork.com Which is I dont understand how to make an unban appeal so im Doing this cuz maybe you will notice this post thread. PLEASEEE FIX THISSS I WANT TO PLAY NOW

Send an screenshot with taskbar in assistance chat or dm a helper+
If you have vpn turn it off
if you dont have vpn then try restarting router
if that doesnt work ask a helper+ to whitelist you
Requesting This as solution and lock
And to move this in community assistance
