Please Elaborate Me On This

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, basically ive been muted twice. first time i understood why, since i had 2 warnings. But the second time, even after the other two warnings expired (which means they arent active) i got muted for one warning. So um.. lemme explain how in the dark i am about how this works.. i thin kthat if u get 3 warnings (3rd, being the last) you get muted for... capslock, swearing, innapropriate stuff, etc etc and yh. but here i am muted only once and muted again after the first time in 3 days.
