Description:
My suggestion is to make a lot of good improvements into creative and adding things that are currently disabled.
First Suggestion is to add all type of potion effects, Strength I, Strength II and even allow to use all sort of enchantment books, Now for some reason it's disabled which there is no point to disable it.
Allow permanent Night vision for ranked players, Architect can cost up to 40 euro with sales and definitely must get good commands.
Allow Redstone usage and secret blocks with world edit for example half beds and other blocks which could help builders build way better stuff, ranked players especially should be getting this.
Allow limited mobs, I know players could spam mobs or cause some sort of lagg but simply add mob limiter just like you got in skyblock dream, 100 mob limit and if someone spawns more than this it will get auto removed.
Allow Custom maps to be made, as everyone knows MAP art is something common in all creative servers, you basically build something cool and it will appear into your map then you could place it on your item frames and you can make all sorts of art that you want of course this will be for donators mostly or this could be buyable on /shop.
Basically this suggestion is overall to make creative full potential as it should be, With the rate of how much removing these will make creative worse to how much it will make it better if you add these is huge, removing these good changes just to stay more a little more family friendly will make creative way more boring.
Yes add new rules for all these changes, don't be afraid! Remember we bought good ranks and we can't for example use night vision? Smh.

This will imrpove creative and make it like 50% better than it already is and will allow creators have better capabilities in their creations.
