Players can only talk out of spawn​

Suggestion Details:

we've made this suggestion to suggest that players should only talk outside of spawn. This is to decrease the amount of players talking rubbish in spawn when they should be out pvping. This will prevent staff having to mute players more often. They are only allowed to use commands and there should be a 10 minute chat cooldown if they are in spawn.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Decrease the amount of mutes that happen and trash talking when people are sitting in spawn​
