The thing player was doing is called "Map Exploiting", all you need to do is create a report against the player using this link: https://jartexnetwork.com/form/10/select, while reporting, make sure that you've got a valid video evidence against the player. In the report, simply write down your name, rule breakers name, the gamemode where the rule was broken, and the proof.
