Hey everyone I have chosen to post this publicly and not appeal privately because I have not been given the leniency that I deserve. On multiple occasions I have reported players too staff who were cheating/abusing/ban-evading I have shown remorse and respect towards everyone in the staff team I have contacted them non-stop about my concerns and about my unban and on multiple occasions I have been told to stop contacting them in a “kind” attitude.

Staff said that if I show remorse and actually learn from my consequences I will be given a chance to play during christmas I have proof of 5+ staff members saying that and I took them up on their word and I became a upholding member of the community and I kept on doing what I was doing and just kept reporting players and kept reporting chat reports through other players who I was paying money so they can allow me to report it so it would help my case. But staff ignored the reports and they did not respond to those reports I had submitted and they did not even punish the players I had reported.

I have been a member of the Jartex Community for 3+ years now and I have spent well over 1500 euros on this server and although some player might say it’s just a block game grow up I would think otherwise because from what I have been seeing recently is disgusting staff are killing the server day by day over little things, on my ban appeal I was taken up on Doxxing and Ban Evading, just for the record I apologised to the person who I doxxed and they forgave me and we still catch up every now and then.

I believe that I have done my time being banned and I deserve an unban because I have been banned for well over 10 months now and I need everyone’s help because we can all agree that the strictness of staff is killing the server and people who spend THOUSANDS on this server should be treated better!

Although I've never played Factions on this server before, I've read through your post and came to the conclusion that I too agree you should be given a second chance.
We've all committed mistakes in the past, and you having shown that you're willing to help the server out with rule breakers, and even donating (though I do believe this shouldn't be a case in whether rules apply to you or if you're treated differently) to the server, and thus fore helping it maintain itself.
They do say after all that actions matter more than words, and if you're putting in the work to show that you've changed, you should be "rewarded" with a second chance.

that's real bro, I agree with you. If you look back and see what jartex was like a few years ago, you understand that the server and the quality of the server have fallen too far. I don't know if it's the staff member's fault, but it's very true.

The same thing happened to me, it's been a while and I still can't play. It would only do them good if they lifted the ban and the server was more alive.

So, after seeing your punishment history,
Your last ban history starts from July 2023, a little over 1 year.
Idk if you changed but you have been punished for being rude, spamming, flooding, INSIDING(which is bad impression of your character ngl), and even TpTrapping, which is very rude to new and regular players.
Then you appeal and get ban ruduced to 2 weeks and still processing to ban evade,
You appeal and get unbanned,

Then after 5 months your SS'd, admitting the usage of Autoclicker you get banned for 31 days,
And again, you ban evade with your alt, implying that you haven't learned to you past mistakes happend just 5 months ago,
But staff still accepts your appeal and reduces your ban,
But idk why you go on and Ban evade again thinking you won't get caught, but you did.

And now your here playing the VICTIM card asking for mercy to the community which you have been abusing by not respecting and following the rules, and when punished, you proceed to ban evade and blame staff who are just here to keep the community clean, they give so much time to the server and they don't even make an Income by working.

And the opinion you are sharing as a fact that you have "changed" while you ban evaded just 3 months ago, says alot about weather you have really changed or not, and If your playing for 3 years and rule breaking just 3 months ago all the more tells what you have learned in these 3 years.

Furthermore you spending money does't mean anything, Just because you have spend money in the server doesn't mean you will get extra rights to break rules, personally imo people who spends irl money on the server are dumb, but i ain't complaning just sharing an opinion,

Also saw the Lead dev once say in discord about how he feels that the appeal system is dumb and people should't get a second chance, you should be even more grateful about you being unbanned b4.

Just guessing but Sure that you will ban evade again after your victim card and appeal fails.
Also People who Dox are the worst kind of Douchebags, and idk why people are not seeing the bigger picture here and being sorry for you, maybe they are just too nice.

Hello, P Pistrama_2 . After your first punishment, you reached out to the management team requesting a chance to appeal, to which we replied we would most likely grant you one by December. This was over two months ago. However, despite our clear notice and intention of allowing you to appeal on a set month, you evaded your punishment multiple times.

We are sometimes lenient with players who have no punishment history, or record of breaking the rules on purpose. This is why in your case after noticing you had broken the rules again, despite us clearly stating not to do anything related to JartexNetwork until your punishment got lifted, we decided not to go ahead with what we had talked about.

Punishments are not lifted based on how many times you request them during a month, and we treat every punishment appeal on a per-case basis. If you still have any questions regarding your appeal permissions and future within the Network, feel free to open a One-Stop Support Ticket.
