Hey everyone I have chosen to post this publicly and not appeal privately because I have not been given the leniency that I deserve. On multiple occasions I have reported players too staff who were cheating/abusing/ban-evading I have shown remorse and respect towards everyone in the staff team I have contacted them non-stop about my concerns and about my unban and on multiple occasions I have been told to stop contacting them in a “kind” attitude.

Staff said that if I show remorse and actually learn from my consequences I will be given a chance to play during christmas I have proof of 5+ staff members saying that and I took them up on their word and I became a upholding member of the community and I kept on doing what I was doing and just kept reporting players and kept reporting chat reports through other players who I was paying money so they can allow me to report it so it would help my case. But staff ignored the reports and they did not respond to those reports I had submitted and they did not even punish the players I had reported.

I have been a member of the Jartex Community for 3+ years now and I have spent well over 1500 euros on this server and although some player might say it’s just a block game grow up I would think otherwise because from what I have been seeing recently is disgusting staff are killing the server day by day over little things, on my ban appeal I was taken up on Doxxing and Ban Evading, just for the record I apologised to the person who I doxxed and they forgave me and we still catch up every now and then.

I believe that I have done my time being banned and I deserve an unban because I have been banned for well over 10 months now and I need everyone’s help because we can all agree that the strictness of staff is killing the server and people who spend THOUSANDS on this server should be treated better!

vouch, he is the most dedicated to how much he would like to play this server legitly and has been proving it by reporting people ban evading, cheating, or commiting all other types of rule breakers. Please give this man a chance to redeem himself and i assure you that you will not regret it.

I think its a fair to unban him, people that are Duping keys and sets are getting unbanned in less than 2 months and someone that just ban evaded cause he wanted to play needs to wait *MONTHS* to actually get unbanned on hes main account, everyone did a misstake and there are so much other players that are ban evading, cheating, crashing the server and duping some of them even getting "BLACKLISTED" and they are still getting unbanned from being "Blacklist", everyone deserves a second chance, this guy likes the server so much and actually didnt ban evade for bad, he was just having fun and it is against the rules however as i said, people has done way worser stuff than this. Appriciate that he wants to play the server and isnt Duping or Botting the server daily.

We are not rioting, We are basically expressing our opinions about a case that has been going on for 1year+ I could have nuked the discords kept ban evading or gave everyone free cheats, but I am peacefully and kindly asking for help from the community.

Although I've never played Factions on this server before, I've read through your post and came to the conclusion that I too agree you should be given a second chance.
We've all committed mistakes in the past, and you having shown that you're willing to help the server out with rule breakers, and even donating (though I do believe this shouldn't be a case in whether rules apply to you or if you're treated differently) to the server, and thus fore helping it maintain itself.
They do say after all that actions matter more than words, and if you're putting in the work to show that you've changed, you should be "rewarded" with a second chance.
