Due to there being so many people available on an island and so little levels of power i think there should be an individual person's permission system. This system will be allowing for changes of an individual's permissons:
1) Invite members - true / false
2) Kicking members - true (tier of capability - kicking members, moderators, admins)/false
3)Shop creation - true/false
4)Shop accessibility - true(for what tier of an individual: member and lower, moderator and lower, admin and lower)/false
5) Island vault usage - true (determine which of [number of island vaults] can be accessed) / false
6) Pickup minions - true/false
7) Collecting minions - true/false
8) /is inspect - true/false
9)/is weather - true/false
10)Use of /fly - true/false
11)Breaking blocks - true/false
12)Use of beacons - true/false
13)Harvesting crops - true(crops to be able to harvest)/false
14)Use of /tpaccept, /tpahere - true/false
15)Lock island - true/false
16)Mute island members - true(what tier of members can be muted)/false
17)Break spawners - true(which spawners are allowed to be broken)/false
18)Island upgrades - true(which upgrades can and can not be allowed to be upgraded)/false
19)Is transfarage (if the leader is not online for more than [set amount of days], to which person will the leadership be temporarily/permanentaly transfered(can only be one person of the island, and is determined by the leader of the island)) - transfer to [player]/no transfers.

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
For the top islands it would be much worth it to have the ability to disable some of these things so that new players that may be invited are not able to do certain things.
