Permanent rank update not available when having Seasonal rank​

Hi,
So I have already claimed my seasonal hero rank quite some time back, today I got a perm hero rank from vote crates. Jartex is not letting me claim my permanent rank over my seasonal rank, which actually doesn't make sense. A seasonal rank is temporary and permanent one should have a higher priority and should be able to override seasonal. This is because now I can't claim my permanent rank so it's useless to me. I know I can take it in an alt account but that shouldn't be the case.

Please fix this before the season ends as its a valuable item I don't want to lose.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

This would improve Jartex Rank system as a permanent rank should be given the highest priority. A person having a rank voucher won't have to lose it because of this bug.​

Ye ranks should have priority. Like PERM > ssnl

Ye it has priority already, I know that because I have my own server and i use luckyperms and then you need to set weight per rank.
So I think this discussion is done?
This is a bug so report it here please.
