Permanent rank update not available when having Seasonal rank​

Hi,
So I have already claimed my seasonal hero rank quite some time back, today I got a perm hero rank from vote crates. Jartex is not letting me claim my permanent rank over my seasonal rank, which actually doesn't make sense. A seasonal rank is temporary and permanent one should have a higher priority and should be able to override seasonal. This is because now I can't claim my permanent rank so it's useless to me. I know I can take it in an alt account but that shouldn't be the case.

Please fix this before the season ends as its a valuable item I don't want to lose.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

This would improve Jartex Rank system as a permanent rank should be given the highest priority. A person having a rank voucher won't have to lose it because of this bug.​

It is not really a payment issue as he won the rank, but not bought.

Payment issues are not related to payments only you can make it for something which is not being able to equip it or disappears from the inventory
