-1 Wdym 'perks that do only like 7%' All perks are upgradeable if you didn't know that, + there is already a strength perk called 'rage'. And if you want new perks you suggest the perks you want to be added not just be like oh I just want perks and im not giving out ideas. Non sense suggestion.
