I think payouts are not give in form of currency. The server will give you in-game currency like gold or iron

Payouts are give in form ingame iron plus the currency of the game u play like money. You can check them payouts here.

As far as im aware you can choose between paysafe giftcard, paypal or ingame gold as the payout reward.

Factions is the only gamemode on jartex which gives paypal rewards as payout.
