Store Payment not going through

Ok so I have been trying to buy gold from the past few weeks.i dp the payment through PayPal but these days when i go through the process of OTP (one time password) it just redirects me again to the cards choosing section

Doesn't really look like a Jartex problem, as Jartex most probably is using PayPal's API and the problem seems to be on their side.

When you click on PayPal it will take you to a page where you will be asked to sign in to your PayPal account, if you don't have one there will be an option below to use cards to create new account.

Try recording it for more details, be sure to hide your personal info in the recording.

I do have a account with the debit card in it but it seems like the payment Never goes through .When i click the card which I want to use and then proceed for the OTP verification,PayPal never loads the page for OTP verification, it just says we are connecting you to your bank.

Try reconnecting the card perhaps? Have you tried using a different card, different method or different Paypal? It might be an issue from your own side. Sometimes your bank doesn't allow payments like these.
