Description:

Being able to set a custom party chat cool down it's very useful, when you use "/p cooldown {cooldown_amount}"​

This command is not for only ranked players this command is for ranked and unranked players.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

In some big parties people too much spam this will make people don't spam​
