Hello, hope this message goes to you well... i guess

My IGN is DarkHero1282 and my rank is GodFather

I have a very big issue concerning city create keys that i have opened previously.
What has happened is I have bought (not too sure on the figure) a decent amount of create city keys and have won a fair amount.

I won 5 explosion gkits with other goods and much more
- with those 5 gkit explosion vouchers, i redeemed those 5 onto my alts which were
- DarkHeroFan01
- DarkHeroFan02
- DarkHeroFan03
- DarkHeroFan04
- DarkHeroFan05
1 gkit keys voucher

i had a Criminal Rank voucher from the mystery rank create aswell which was pretty nice and i used on my alternate account- DarkHeroFan01
- I used the gkit keys voucher on this account also.

I of course used the perks and redeemed them and all was well.

I bough another set of keys today (11/06/2020) and won a Murderer rank voucher and another gkit keys.
However, when i logged into my alts to add those perks onto them, everything was gone

DarkHeroFan01- Criminal rank gone and gkit keys/explosion gone
All my alts that had access to /gkit explosion was gone as if i never had it.

Its a real big concern and ik... what makes matters worse is i have no proof or pictures. But im sure a staff member high enough to check something out in the background or whatever can see that yes, i did have gkits with my alts and had a criminal rank on my alt etc etc.

I would love to get in touch with someone on DC or just a voice call just to explain in more depth if necessary. I really need some light shared onto what has happened.

I'm not too sure if its the maintenance if you guys have rolled back the server before i got those accesses or something.

Please let me know or message me on DC Hero-_-01#2618 just so we can go through this in more depth

When you buy the keys, you usually get receipt on email or something as i remember?
