idk, just report someone in forums or discord with sufficient evidence.
also if a "bot" does the work, the developers need to be on a supernova developing level because I've never heard of a auto report decision bot. (I've been in the minecraft server developing industry for over 2+years so I think I would know if I see something too good to be true like this lol.
