Solution
When you win a "win effect" you have to equip it first from the Ingame cosmetics menu
Also some of the win effect are only for ranks (in this case Iron rank and above)
Now the reason you may not be seeing it must because your particles must be off (just do as said by
Tarun0707
)
For optifine that may look like this
Now this one is doubtful but also check if your lobby particles are on in Lobby settings
as I said this shouldnt affect it but even if have particles on this might be the one affecting it
