Not muted but cannot use chat

I was trying to talk in the chat at 10:30 of July 3rd when I got this message: Cannot send chat message" whenever I tried to say anything.So I messaged a friend who was muted before and he told me that being muted is different.So I checked the mute list and my "criminal record" and nothing was related to a mute.So I talked to the trial that was on at the time and he said he had no clue what it was and to talk to other staff.So if anyone has more info on what happened or a way to resolve this please help.Thanks!

Ask a helper + to ban you for 1second. You should be to talk after that.

Tell me if it works
