not getting my claimblocks

So, last week I bought a 5000 claim voucher and i still haven't gotten the claim blocks after a while, can anyone help me?

i also have this bug at 500 claim block voucher for a Rare crate. i put down the gold block and redeem the voucher and i didnt give me 500 claim block
