BedWars No Victory Title When Winning A Bedwars Game For Me

I have been playing jartex for almost 4 years now, and i have over 1040 wins in bedwars, but all these years i never saw the 'VICTORY!' In Jartex Bedwars, But I Asked Many People If Jartex Has This Feature And they said it has it and they actually shown proof, but dont know what i did wrong, but the VICTORY! Never Showed Up For me.
Please Help, Do I have to turn on any settings or turn off any? I dont have any idea. And By the way, i use CmCilent 1.8.9. Any Staff Could Help Or Anyone Has The Same Issue?

Wdym? You never saw the victory? And it never existed? No way! I literally asked in the jartex discord server and they said its been there for years, and from Youtuber Dkfighter, also has it when he wins a game in his vid, i asked him if its edited or build in jartex and he said its build in? You have never seen it before?
