No Sapling From Tree

So I started skyblock for the first time, it was glitched, so I had to reset it,then 2nd time no lava in the chest, again reset. Third time, it was all nice until... NO Sapling from the first tree.And now I can not reset it.HELP!!!!!

You have reached the maximum number of resets per island, if you have no sapling, kindly buy them from /shop, there's many profit shops out there in skyblock dream, you could easily earn money with ease.
And regarding to the 2nd time you didn't have lava in the chest, if you have valid evidence, report it here

I meant per person, my bad.
Maximum number of resets 1 person can have is 3 resets, once you use all 3, you can't reset anymore, meaning you have to stick with your 3rd island.
