The requirements say's it all. Since you're arguing about forums and discord, read the requirements which states it all / what is required to be able to get your application accepted. You can't just apply thinking by yourself that you'll be a great addition to the team without knowing the rules / how the server works etc.

This proves that you didn't read the requirements at all.
