new items in BuildUHC​

Description:

So my idea is If you guys reduce the arrows to 10/16 and adding tools like pickaxes and axes, This will help a lot.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

If the arrows are reduced It will prevent people from bow spamming because a stack of arrows is too much and for the tools, this will be much easier for fighting campers​
