Hello,
First of all where or how will this item obtained from?
This item will also cause Enchantment Orb and Protected to be less worthy, and since it's just combination of the two I don't think it will be a great addition, unless there is a balanced system about this.

For now I'll give -1 due to lack of effort. Have a nice day/night!
