Nerfed the wrong kits

-nerfed spy
-nerfed swapper

The vampire nerfed was reasonable but WHY spy AND swapper??? The spy already had a timer and now there going to add a cool down?
Like c'mon it's basically like shifting for 6 seconds or smth and why increase the swapper timer???
It's just annoying.

Nerf on vamp was the most important nerf + the team regeneration bug fix.
The nerf on Swapper wasnt needed that hard but still understandable.

Vampire sort of got a bug fix and a nerf, the regen 3 perk which should've been 35% was actually 80%, kinda op isint it?. And the life drain perk was just too op. That doesnt mean vampire is bad though, it's still good when used with str.

Spy's nerf was reversed afaik.

Swapper just got 2 more seconds as a cooldown, it's your 1 shot kill to kill anyone, 2 seconds doesnt seem that big of a nerf imo.
