Need to ban

I wanted to ban a player in gens server, i don't want him to visit my island so i tried using /is ban name but it gets expired within 24hrs, is there any way to ban a player more than 24hrs
I also tried buy doing the same command
/is ban (name) (duration) duration means just a random number will it work?
If anything having idea of this do help ✌

Hi kaarthi03 you cannot ban players on your own. You need to make a gameplay report over on this https://jartexnetwork.com/form/10/select by providing enough evidence. The staff team will then punish the player according to the evidence provided.

Hi starpredetor but to ban a player from coming to my own island that im playing... should i report over?
I don't what a player to be banned from server
I just don't want a player to visit my island
And if i report with the reason i have u definitely wont ban ✌ i know that and yes i want him to play gens but i don't want to allow him in my island
Do pls suggest any other way if possible ✌

That's fine dude , yeah i tried 2 commands 1with parameter and 1 without parameter like
1. /is ban (name)
2. /is ban (name) (duration)

The nxt day i will login and check if the ban is live with /is bans command
Its say no bans

Both command not banning more than 24hrs

For island ban, just wait for 24 hours, and then immediately ban again.

to ban a player from your island u have to type /is expell then name of the player
