Solution
Same way you make any chest shop.
Get a chest, place or down, and put a sign in front of it. Then, write these things line by line:
<Username>
<Quantity>
B/S <Price>
<Item>
Here's an example.
ovq

S 10
Grass
In this example I'm allowing players to sell 100 grass for $10. For you to allow players to buy, change the S (sell) to B (Buy)
To get the item code for special items such as drugs, armour and keys, type /iteminfo while holding the item.
