My items have disapeared for the 2nd time

What happened:
This time i lost my inq 5 sword which had sharp 4/smite 5/fire aspect 2/ unbreaking 3 and knocback 2
and 32 skeleton spawner and 2 ig spawners.

Proof i had the items:
Gediaza gave me the inq 5 sword and some of the skeleton spawner and the 2 igs in exchange for exp.
