My items are gone on my inventory on Survival

i just logged on Survival and i saw my inventory and everything is GONE
ALL OF MY VOTE KEYS LORD KIT please i need help

I am so sorry that this happened to you
This is a known bug with the staff members of Jartex, and sadly it has yet to be fixed.
All the developers are notified of this and are trying their hardest to fix the issue
