my game glitched and i lost good items

i was playing skyblock, put most of my items in a chest and took out what i needed to go to the boss world which included my only sword, my only good pickaxe and a set of rookie armor, i then went to the boss world, and it rerolled my data back to when i still had my normal set of diamond armor on and no sword or pickaxe, when i went back it wasnt in the chest either, so i lost my sword and pickaxe to a bug, how do i get this fixed?

Can u say the time u lost your stuff like the date. And did u lose your stuff immediately or u came back and found that it was missing?

Hello, unfortunately jartex doesn't return lost stuffs due a bug or a mistake.
You can't fix this unfortunately.
