hello my name is goradzee in minecraft i just named chest signs shop and i cant open it if someone can help me pls help

Have you tried clicking on the sign and setting it up first?

And also have you typed [shop] on the sign?

yes i tried clicking on the sign and i forgot how to type [shop] and i typed just shop

Ohkk. Did you place the sign on the front of the chest. Does the chest open now?

You need to right click on the chest from different sides, clicking it from the front side will only trigger the shop GUI, so you need to click it from the sides in order to open it, or, you can place another chest beside it and convert it into a doublechest, then u can click on the front part beside the sign to open it.
