Mods hidden status unfair

We were raiding a base with alot of walls and half way though which took 1 hour Hakim just pops out with his /fly and rek us , we only tried to raid it cause all were apparently "offline" in their faction. so BS , plus he gave us 2 strikes cause we dint use raid claims which we dint know were any different than normal claims , while iv seen so many players do illegal stuff and not get banned
