I'm in doubt, I already have the ruby set and I'm about to get the zapphires set, but I see that there are 2 new sets and I don't know how to get them and the stones don't fall on me, how do you get the new armor?
or what do I have to have for the new stones to start falling on me, both Moonstone and Citrine

"You can always find moonstones" means there's a chance that you can get it without any requirements and there's a chance that there's a bug that we still can't get it this time or devs forgot to add the Moonstone or Citrine.
