Making staff age requirement to 10+​

Suggestion Details:

The regular staff age requirement is 13+, but im suggesting it to be 10+ because Many people want to help the server and they can't help because they are not 13+. But some people may apply for staff to abuse their powers. So we will make the application form with more intelligent questions and hard questions so no one can apply that easily. In simple words, making the application more complicated and decreasing the age requirement for staff applications.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

This idea will improve jartexnetwork by gaining more help from its players and we will keep jartexnetwork secure.​

Staff are needed to be active on discord which already in its TOS states that a user must be 13+.
Even 13+ is a stretch, it should be about 16-17 minimum.

Make more intelligent questions just so a bunch of 10 year olds that don't speak English and aren't allowed on discord will break the site with thousands of applications

Interesting that you've said this, actually in many of the European country discord is indeed 15-16+, not many people know this as 13 is the most common.

• Discord has its minimum age requirement set to 13+ in most countries. Therefore, anyone under 13 is not allowed to apply for staff as it breaks Discord's TOS. It also depends on maturity.
