Making specific moderation jobs​

Description:

Alright, I have been thinking about this for a pretty long time which is why wouldn't you guys let the new staff members maybe you know choose a specific platform to moderate in but with limited numbers, to make every platform equally moderated for example: discord mods like at least 3-4 mods moderating the discord 8 hours a week mc server mods which at least requires a moderation time of 10 hours a week and around like 5-7 mods Despite the different time zones I am still thinking about how the forums will be moderated of course all of that is gonna be decided depending on every time zone that every mod has pretty much I presented my current suggestion and please Judge it with pure honesty I am welling to improve with my suggestions​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It can help every jartex platform be equally and properly moderated​
