Making it unable to name items Versace *armor piece*

I want people to stop renaming items to Versace Helmet or boots.
The reason why I want this is because I want people to make sure they are not getting scammed when buying the rare armor. You can barely tell if it's a scam or not, and it doesn't want the person who's buying it not to buy it no more.

Although scamming is allowed in factions I think that there needs to be at least some restriction on what you can do.
