Regarding the Tnt, it must have just been mere lag which made it seem like the tnt took more time to explode. And regarding your suggestion about tnt and fireball jumping, a suggestion has already been made about it. You can review that in here. Also, if you have a suggestion to improve the server or changes that needs to be taken place, then please do make a form in the Suggestions Department regarding it.
