Make it so it clearly says

"You don't meet the below requirements to view the form: Atleast xx Messages, Have a xx Day old Forums account"​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Makes the reason behind them not being able to view it clear​

Noone reads that, that's why a prompt is required, moreover it makes sense to have it say the right thing.

I don't think it's necessary for them to do so. Just like WildAbbee said, new players shouldn't be applying anyways.

Noone cares whether they are applying or not, I'm suggesting that the error page is supposed to say what is the error. Why is that so hard to understand? Right now it's like you go to a doctor with a fever and doctor tells you, you have a fever. You already knew that, you need to know what is wrong and what change should be made.

+1 i really think that this is a good suggestion but there should be presented the link to the requirements followed by the msg: you do not meet the requirements make sure you read them properly before applying. If you meet them and cant apply please dm a sr.mod or higher for assistance. ( this is a example and doesnt need to be like this and love the concept of the suggestion )
