Make /spectate available to all players​

Description:

In the minigames servers, there are a lot of hackers. So I want to make /spectate command available to all players because if you don't get to record the hacker, then you could do the command /spectate [hacker]. Otherwise, the hacker could log out and he would get away with it. I know that players with the gold rank can spectate players but it is rarely used and there are only a few players that have the gold rank.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This idea can help improve Jartex by making the server have less hackers.​

/spectate can also be abused to snipe someone. For those that don't know, sniping is trying to use the NPC or /spectate to get into a specific persons game. I feel like this could be used by some to annoy someone by getting into their games and targeting them. I agree that it could also be used for reporting hackers, which I totally agree with. I'm gonna stay neutral for now.

An easy work around is to limit the /spectate command per day (i.e you can use it only four times per day). This way, regular players get what they want and it also acts as a "trial". This means that players could be encouraged to buy the GOLD rank for infinite uses of this command.
