Make shears cost less.​

Description:

Price of shears now is 40 iron, and my opinion that is wayyyyyyyy tooo much.
So I suggest that the price of shears would be 20 iron.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

I support this suggestion, cause shears have the same price as a fireball which makes it hard to get it because people will prefer buying a fireball and not shears. +1
