What is the suggestion about?
Make players with 150ms or more unable to play ranked.​

Description:
Basically if you have 150ms or more you can't play ranked.

Or even you can only get matched with people who also have high ping.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
It is unfair to want to play ranked and someone with high ping destroys you because he is teleporting everywhere etc.If this gets accepted it will make players want to play more ranked games​

-1 to the first one, It could lead players with 150+ms complaining about how they can't played ranked and chaos happens.
+1 to the second one. It would be much better for players with 150ms or less to fight the opponent without them teleporting and getting sus hits.

Neutral, I believe everyone who wants to play ranked should be able to play it if they desire, there are some very good players will 150ms+, however above is a part I agree with, I believe there should be a matchmaking system to try and match players depending on their connection.

What about the players who have ranks and get 200-300ms????

Probably their own match making but not 150, make it 200-250+ then sure, +1
