Make new cannon rules so the cannons cant be below 3 seconds.​

Description:

Makes walls actually mean something.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It will make walls matter more instead of taking down 160 walls in a 2 minutes.​

Extra Information:

All other comp servers have rules about this, i just found out this server has none.​

cannon speed limit is already 5seconds, it is not handled by a rule but by a plugin that stops u from blowing up walls faster than every 5 seconds
