make lifesteal a batter and more active place

my idea is to make jartex more active as it was some seassons ago.This season lifesteal is very dead,people dont play it and dont enjoy it.I whud like to play it more just without maces and spears make it like last season just normal smp.Eaven if maces stay in game debuff em make em deal like 5 hearts max just like on some other servers like pika that whud be for best.We olso need season resets more ofter not like evry year but like evry 5 months.That whud be it thanks.

this whud help jartex alot becose it will be more active and more fun lifesteal is now dead if u join at any time there is like 20+ players max and its half alts or just total new players u cant see more then 20 people with ranks as back then.Please make it playable and fun again.Thanks
