What is the suggestion about?

Make a Discord server called "JartexNetwork Support server".​

Description:

The server is about helping out users that have encountered problems in game or in the normal discord server. Instead of having the #assistance-chat which doesn't really help out most of the users, make a support server with well programmed Ticket Bots. For instance, take Pixel gun 3D as an example, Pixel Gun 3D have their own dupport server with improved bots and well trained helpers that are being told to help out users who are having issues in game.
