Hello, i bought a minutes ago a worng rank upgrade
I buy upgrade from grand to royal but i wanted from regen to grand.
so i bough grand later then and it only upgrade me to grand and not to royal.
I would like you guys to upgrade me to royal rank in gen's

DO NOT SHARE THE TRANSACTION ID. Remove it so you do not get hacked. (Also, Nexus720 you can also edit your post and cut them out. We need to help our buddy to not get hacked).
