Hello community of Jartex, lately I've been having trouble with FPS in Minecraft, especially in online servers, I am getting 10-40 FPS. I know the problem is not with my laptop since it runs games like, Fortnite with 100-120 FPS, rocket league with 90 FPS and GTA V with 60-70 FPS, but with Minecraft 10-40 FPS. I installed optifine, texture packs, lowed the graphics, did everything possible and still the FPS is the same and I cant see any improvements. If you have any suggestions or way you can help, please let me know. here are the specification for my laptop:-

-Core i7, 8th Generation, 8550 CPU @ 1.80 GHz 1.99 GHz
-8 Gb Ram
-64-Bit operating system
-Windows 10
-Graphic Card: GeForce MX150

SanadBilleh SanadBilleh so basically check your power plans and your graphics card because sometimes minecraft only uses 10% of it
Then go in game and press f3 look at the top right do you see java 64bit or 32 bit?
If 32 bit I suggest you to get java 64 bit.
Then go in your game settings and check for Vbos make sure it's on and make sure that Vsync is off.
Also if you have Premium account I suggest you to use lunar client .
Also if you are using forge try checking your mods sometimes some mods makes you get very shit fps.
How can I change it to 64-bit ?

Also to check your graphics card usage go to your desktop right click your taskbar and go to task manager then go to processes and look at the GPU .

You computer is well enough to run high end games. There is something definitely wrong with your settings. Try turning off V sync or check frame limiter. My computer is much worser than yours but still i get 90 fps-120 fps which means there is something wrong with your minecraft settings. Check the amount of RAM allocated to minecraft.
