lost inventory items

i would like to report that i have lost all my items in my inventory i opend like 36 valentines crates i spend 250eu on this server for the crates. i had king and emperor rank voucher in my inventory along with all the valentine crate tools and armor i got from crates. my inventory just cleared for no reason i dont know what it is but you as the server i will appreciate to restore all my items back please all my rank vouchers i mean the server is broken its not my fault when i loose my items its the servers fault i just paid a lot of money for the items i just got from my crates and lost so please give me back my items or refund me my 250eu i paid for the crates. if not i will make sure i devote jartex network on every webpage and other server networks i can because this server doesnt fix any thing on the server any way clan doesnt work most times the medalist kits doesnt work and much more i will rally up all the players on this server to devote the server because everyone will agree with me that you dont fix shit on here instead people loose their stuff here which they payed real money for that is not acceptable so i want my rank vouchers back or my money asap.

i do know the jn rules no need to tell me that i just want back what i lost due to the lack of maintenance done on this server they dont fix bugs or nothing

Knight_Rider22 here, maybe I can help you in this, you should know, someone, probably either axelsmith or waeae_op stole your inventory as they got permanently banned for taking advantage of /invsee bug, 3 ppl got banned, which includes both of them, the current speculation is, that Survival will be rolled back, which means, they will take it back to last backup, you will either get your money back, or gold, or those things back, do not worry, this is NOT the first time this has happened..
