Login password not working

I tried to log into the Jartex hub today, my password is not working. any ideas on how to reset this?

Note: this is when i log onto the server. It requests a password. Do you know how to change it?

Hey Xphontos,
If you log on to the server, and have never registered before, it's most likely that someone has already used your username, since Jartex is a cracked server.
